“You want to be a vampire?” Angel asked.
Yes I’ve always been interested in vampire lore and I’ve studied all I can from the tomes so I think the best way to learn more is to become one. I mean there’s no better way to learn than first-hand experience.” Nubia explained
“Hmm.” Angel thought. “Well I supposed we can help each other out.”
“What do you mean?”
“I’m at a point in my training where I need to mentor a fledgling. So you can be my fledgling.”
“Oh! Yes that’s sounds great!” Nubia said getting excited.
“Ok. Let me think. You’re the current heir of Newcrest or something like that right?”
“Yes…”
“The transition takes time… you may want to complete you goals first.”
“Ahh I see…”
“So how about we wait until you’re done and then we’ll get you set up with everything you need so you can have as smooth a transition as possible?”
“I like the sound of that!” Nubia smiled. “It may take a few years though. Don’t forget me okay.”
“I won’t. A few years is nothing when you’re immortal.” Angel laughed.
